In FOOD & DRINK, TRAVEL, USA

I find myself in Anaheim, California at least twice a year as it is host to many conventions, specifically NAMM and VidCon. It’s also home to Disneyland and Downtown Disney, where you’ll find a ton of shopping and restaurants. While I am no snob when it comes to chain restaurants and fast food, I have to admit that a whole weekend of them leaves me feeling a bit sluggish.

That’s why I was happy to be introduced to the Anaheim Packing House, located in the packing district of downtown Anaheim (thanks, Christian!). Built in 1919 as a packing house for citrus fruits, it now serves as a food hall and community gathering space that’s home to a number of different cafes, kiosks, and communal dining spaces – similar to the Time Out Market in Lisbon, Portugal, that I featured in a previous video.
